James was personable, professional, BEYOND knowledgeable. He also did a fabulous job cleaning several parts of our upstairs carpeting that were VERY soiled by pet odor (from when we bought the house), and then became worse as my dog needed to put her scent down. We are re-carpeting soon, but desperately need the cleaning to hold us over. James he gave me tips about re-carperting to really block the odor prior to replacing the carpet so that our dog doesn't continue to mark her spot on brand new carpeting. THANK YOU!

James was great. He pre-sprayed and cleaned my carpets. It looks awesome! He moved my furniture (except for my bed) and used protective blocks for my furniture. The fans he used dried my carpet really fast. I was expecting for it to take all day but I'm glad it didn't, was able to continue moving in. Overall a great experience. I will definitely use Whole House Clean to come clean my carpets again.

James and team were professional and did the carpet and house cleaning.I am satisfied with their work. some of the things were not listed and unclear while getting the quote but they were very understanding and did not hesitate to put some extra hands in cleaning.

Appreciated that James called ahead of time and was able to come earlier than expected. Walked through my areas I needed and answered questions. Moved furniture that I couldnt. I had some pet soiled spots and a spill on my stairs that are gone. Will wait to see if any issue with the previous soiled areas come back once carpet fully dry or gets warmer and more humid. If so, James offered to come back out. May need to do other work- remove pad - etc. Overall, pleased with the service. Thanks.

Everything went great with James from Whole House Cleaning. He was very knowledgable and helpful throughout the process. He explained everything he was going to do in a matter in which I understood. His crew came in the same day I needed help and finished the job within a few hours. James and his crew also cleaned up the mess that accumulated from the bit of drywall that was wet. He was able to work with my schedule and come in the late afternoon to check how everything was drying. I am super pleased with the work of Whole House Cleaning.
