I had taken Kiarra’s make up class that she offers. I had a wonderful experience. She was so kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions that I had. And when I tell you she is the sweetest person I have met!! She taught me skin care, like how to take care of my skin to keep it moisturized etc.. she also made my face for a couple of events that I had to attend. She is so knowledgeable!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing customer should know about my pricing is they are set in stone my customers are able to bring in their lipstick or lashes, but that does not alter my pricing the pricing sit on my website is set and includes everything needed for a full make up service bringing your own lashes and lipstick does not alter the price. It’s just your preference.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is very simple , communicating with client days before about any questions or concerns sanitation and skin prep to ensure best result’s possible and accommodating in the best way possible
