- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of function/event, menu and service. Our prices can range from $7.99- $100.00 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Baileys Catering, you will speak personally with the Chef, design a menu that is right for you. We will then price out your menu, email you a quote for you to review. You can make as many changes as you want, and approve your menu. We will then email you final menu, deposit will be made 7 days before scheduled event and balance is paid on the day of event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Applied Science Degree from LeCordon Bleu. Worked side by side on a contracted basis with French Master Chef Guy Gateau. Hotels, Private Owned Restaurants, Coprporate Food Service and Personal Chef for professional athletes.
