Mike and David treated our attic and bathroom for mold after an improperly installed exhaust fan caused a big problem. They were highly communicative about their methods, took time over the phone and in person to answer my many questions and were very thorough in their process. Their prices are competitive and they arrived within the indicated time frame. When a few unexpected issues required they work a longer day to resolve our entire mold issue, they did not charge me for extra labor. They’re a new business, but skilled and in it for the right reasons. Give them a call.

It was a pleasure working with Mike and David. From the start I was really impressed how they keep informed of every transaction from their arrival times, to every aspect of the job that they were suggesting to perform. I was never left guessing. This gave me both confidence and trust in hiring them. There was constant communication, the job was performed on time and their attention to detail was above my expectation. Michael & David were really professional and did really great work on our mold problem. They performed a very thorough inspection, spending over an hour walking through every aspect of the job. Once we decided to proceed with them, they were able to begin the work quickly. The project scope expanded after they got inside of our walls, and then they did a great job keeping us informed of the changes to timing and fees, so that we never felt like we were unsure of what the project was going to cost or when it would be done. They got the work done on schedule and we are very pleased with the end results. Thanks guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive prices and price matching. 10% discount to seniors and veterans as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A certified remediator will perform an inspection and provide an estimate to customer. Then, the customer will provide a down payment and appointment will be scheduled. Once the job is finished customer will pay remaining balance after final walk through and inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are certified mold remediation removal experts and have over 5+ years experience.
