Ritch is an excellent Handyman with Quality Work. He installed a toilet in February 2015 and made sure that the Wax Rings are installed properly. He is very responsive and makes sure that the work is completed with the highest quality possible. His rates are very reasonable.

As a long distance landlord, I hired Ritch to do a dishwasher install and some drywall work. While he rightly pointed out an issue with the closeout dishwasher I got and recommended that we don't install it, I got the feeling that his expertise was in woodworking and he was learning on the job for all other things. He actually charged me 3 hours for taking an old dishwasher out , "evaluating" tub drywall/tile replacement, dropping the dishwasher at the nearest Lowes.

Lan, this is Ritch. I don't think this is a fair review. I charged you only for my time, nothing more. If you were at the residence maybe we could have communicated better. Job description; Arrive at residence at 9:00 a.m- meet tenants and evaluated faulty dishwasher, then remove all connections to dishwasher, pull and move aside.-evaluated micro unit that wasn't ordered and was prepared for.-evaluated jicussi tub plumbing, tile, trimwork dilemma.- prepare and cut drywall for previous plumbers access.-Determined that supplied dishwasher was damaged and loaded it in my truck and returned it for you.-At Lowes see if store tile is match of existing. Half a day $125. No prob thx for the work

It's pretty simple. I can work by my time and materials I need to purchase for the job. Or I can give them an estimate on the completion of a job. Usually I need to take a look, come to the home to give an accurate estimate.

Started out as a laborer in the construction trade with a few different companies and liked the hard work and trade.
