- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive and I do offer discounts for multiple tvs so that the customer is satisfied and happy with the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the customer and ask them job detail questions and then I ask if they have any addition services that they want so I can provide them with the best quote because I like to keep my customers happy and be my customer for a long time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for over 6 years now and in those 6 years I have gained plenty of training and experience.
