- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competative and I also provide discount for multiple tvs. There is an additional $30 travel fee if the job is more than 25 miles from bolingbrook
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to them and ask them questions about the job details and then I provide them with the best quote because I like to keep my customers happy and keep them for a long time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a company called Hellotech where they gave me 1 month of training and I have been doing this work for 5 years now so I have plenty of experience and training.
