Brian was awesome. I had part of my sectional sink in (just over a year and a half old purchased from Ashley Furniture). The seating originally was supported by a trampoline like seat. A rod failed. The sectional is cheaply manufactured. Ashely wouldn’t send someone to fix it for me even at my cost. Brian added wooden slats instead. He gave me a 3-5 day turnaround estimate. He picked up yesterday and was able to fix and return next day. The piece is more firm now than before and I know it should last. Thanks Brian!
