Highly recommend Adam. Hired him to repair our 12x14 Yardistry gazebo after storm damage knocked panels off and left one torn. What started as a straightforward repair turned into a much bigger job once he got up there — the original build (done by someone else last year) had several issues, including missing factory fascia covers and overtightened hardware that had stressed every fastener point. Rather than patch over the problems, Adam essentially redid the roof correctly: re-secured every panel by the book, hand-tightened the hardware per the manufacturer's spec, fabricated a clean metal patch for the torn panel, and installed the fascia and corner covers that had been left in the box during the original build. Communication throughout was excellent. He talked through options up front (DIY assist vs. bringing his own helper), gave a clear quote, and when the scope expanded he explained why and adjusted the price fairly. Brought his own ladder and tools, worked clean, and the finished gazebo looks better than it has since we bought it. Genuinely fair pricing for the work involved. Would absolutely hire him again.
