What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
answer all questions and concerns that may be presented by a new client- give a professional opinion only - no arm twisting for the sale but wouldn't be doing my job if I don't ask your plans and time frame for our scheduling - all parties involved in the process must be on the same page to proceed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well this business is not in something any college offers courses for I started the company
44yrs ago and in the beginning I only did work on friends (I still have them) and close neighbors (close) and taught my self whats what and works the best and we train are staff to do it the way or go home - some of my people have been with me for over 17 yrs
