- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer transparent and upfront pricing with no hidden fees. There is a flat service call fee for diagnostics, and if you decide to proceed with the repair, that fee is applied toward the total cost. Prices may vary depending on the brand and type of appliance, as well as the parts required. I provide a clear estimate before starting any work, so customers know exactly what to expect. I also offer discounts for first-time customers and occasional seasonal promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a new request, I start by asking for the brand, model, and a description of the issue with the appliance. Then I schedule a convenient time for a service call. During the visit, I perform a full diagnostic to identify the problem. If the repair can be done right away, I provide an upfront price and complete the job on the spot. If parts need to be ordered, I give a clear estimate and return as soon as the parts arrive. I always explain the work to the customer and make sure everything is tested and working properly before I leave.

I have professional training and certifications in appliance repair/hvac, along with years of hands-on experience fixing refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers of all major brands.
