Val inspected our furnace even on a Sunday. He is equipped with the right skills and equipment. He made sure to double check everything to make sure he is giving the right diagnosis. Once he found out the problem he explained everything that could be easily understandable by a non-technical person. Just a note: i have a background in engineering thats why I can say he is explaining it easily. Will definitely reach out if I need help again
