- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage a meeting with a new client at my office or a convenient location. I like to get detailed information regarding my client's wants and needs. I explain my work ethic and my services available to my client. Coldwell Banker is the number one residential brokerage on the Northshore.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began my real estate career 24 years ago. I have a BA in Psychology, I believe in relationships with my clients that last after the closing. I still have coffee with my very first clients! I have a referral based business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband was a bankruptcy and trustee attorney and had many properties to sell.
