Getting an appointment was easy! He responded to my call quickly and was very knowledgeable on what was going on. He walked me through what he was doing as well as giving me tips on what I should be doing to avoid notable problems for the future, for my units to last longer. I do charge $85 for a service call, which I waive if they do go through the repair that is needed. Also I do clean and checks on furnaces and a/c at $85
