- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers always receive a 10% discount when they leave an honest review!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a quick phone call or message to get an idea of what the customer needs. Then we either schedule a walkthrough or ask for photos so we can give an accurate quote. Once everything is agreed on, we lock in a date, pick up materials, and show up ready to work. Communication is key for us, so we keep the customer updated throughout the entire job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and my team have learned by doing the work — hands-on experience is what taught us the most. We’ve worked on all kinds of homes and projects, and we’re constantly learning better ways to get cleaner finishes, stronger repairs, and more efficient results. We also keep up with product info and new techniques to make sure we’re not stuck in old habits.
