Our IT infrastructure needed a serious going-over and rebuild after our office had been shuttered for over a year. Cloud Cover LLC has been an absolute lifesaver. Shaun has been professional, communicates well and is truly interested in how our company works so that he can help us find the best solutions for our processes. All of the problems that we had, hardware, software, self-inflicted and ones lurking in the background waiting to surprise us at an inopportune time, have been resolved! And all through the process, we never felt that we were 'small fry' or less important than another client. True professionals. We've found our IT company. Shaun not only expertly repaired self-inflicted damage to my laptop but was able to retrieve and backup important files. He was responsive, considerate, and explained the work he was doing in terms I could understand. He setup all systems updates to get me on track and to more fully utilize the functionality of my laptop. I give Shaun 5 stars for his skills, responsiveness and for not making me feel like an idiot, he was very considerate. I highly recommend Shaun!
