- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
LABOR PRICING-All moving, labor and contract jobs are a hourly service. all Contracts & invoices are to be signed and paid prior to services. -JUNK PRICE list is accurate for us but inaccurate for thumbtack two pickup truck is equivalent to 1/2 Dump truck space booking. Any specific pieces of Junk you have questions about please call we're happy to help. All truck load are up to 1 ton per load. Anything over is subject to additional weight fee's. There will be a cancellation fee of 150 automatically for any reason outside of rescheduling to better suit your schedule. If it's a reschedule they'll be a 100 dollar re booking fee. We book on a timed slot schedule basis. So please try to book when it best suits you. We're here to work around your schedule. Late fee incurs next day 25.00 a day. after 3 days it's a additional 50.00 a day after that. All appointment time start when the teams arrive immediately. The time does NOT start until your team arrives on site. Also we do NOT accept cash for payment but you are more then welcome to tip the teams on site with cash or through invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every Customer gets the best service we can provide. Fast, efficient, and high quality service hassle free. We ask what service they require, the date it needs to be done by, and get the details of the project. From there we ask them to describe the items and 80% of the time require photos for more accurate quotes or estimates. All appointments have arrival windows. (Similar to Comcast). Rather is tech, moving, or junk removal please keep that in mind its a time period window of arrival PRIOR to booking.
