I can’t say enough positive things about Patriot Maintenance, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I spent 3 months calling around to over 10 asphalt companies trying to get estimates and the only person that would return my call and do what they said they were going to do was Patriot Maintenance. We worked with Scott, who is one of the brothers who own the company. He is a gentleman when it comes to speaking with, working around, and work ethic. We ended up changing our plans on our parking lot from a grind and pave to a complete removal and replace with no problems. Our industrial warehouse is about 80,000 sf with constant traffic. We have had so many comments from our workers, customers and vendors about the exceptional quality of the paving and safety throughout the entire process. He is an extreme perfectionist and won’t leave a job until the asphalt looks like glass.
