I appreciated Emmanuel's ability to pivot about the lack of materials required to complete the installation of my dishwasher (some parts hadn't shipped and I was unaware of that). Instead, he did the part of the project he could do and added the installation of a new ceiling fixture instead. We discussed some future projects and that he would return to complete the installation when the parts were available. Very professional and responsive.
