We had a really good experience with Luna carpet steaming. Jorge did an amazing job with our carpets. He was very thorough and professional. Didn’t rush through the cleaning. He took his time and did everything very nicely. The only little complain I had was that they didn’t clean up at all after the work. There was water left behind with their hose on our wooden floor which I feel should have been cleaned. But other than that he did the carpet cleaning very nicely.
