- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend chemical and cleaning courses every quarter to understand the industry and what new products can be used for various stain and pet odor removal.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working part-time for Marshall Fields in their carpet cleaning division. This was back in the mid 90's. It quickly became full time and I was trained by the best company and had great mentors.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential, Transportation, Business/Commercial customers.
