Alex responded to my request promptly. My riding mower quit on me and all efforts to try and resolve the issue failed. He asked a few questions about the product and symptoms. He gave me the likely cause and a reasonable repair estimate. We agreed to proceed and set the day I wanted and timeframe. He arrived as scheduled, keeping me informed via text. He quickly diagnosed the problem and it was as he had expected. He went over exactly what needed to be done and the cost and we agreed to proceed. He needed a few parts and left to get them, rather than reschedule the call. My 13 year old mower staqrts and sounds as good as new. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed the issue, communicated exactly the fix and cost and then executed. I would definitely look him up again for other services.
