- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some people question how we do our hourly pricing. We charge $25 per person. So if we have 2 people cleaning for 4 hours a piece, it makes it an 8 hour day, therefore costing $200. It would be the same if we had one person cleaning, except it would most liking take that one person 9 to 10 hours which would cost more than 2 people. I know for some people it can be a bit confusing but when we have 2 people cleaning, it ends up costing you less. If you ever have further questions about the pricing, we will gladly help out!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am an extremely clean person around my house and when I graduated college I didn't that I wanted to follow a real dream of mine and become a cleaner. I had friends when I was younger who had mother's that cleaned for a living and they loved it so I decided I wanted to give it a try also and it was the best decision I ever made! It gives me so much more time with my children and I can work my schedule around school functions and field trips with my son! Best thing I ever did :)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of commercial/new construction cleanings. Like when a building is just built or remodeled, we come in and clean it so that it is perfect for the newcomers! We also have a lot of regulars who we clean for weekly, biweekly or even monthly! I love those because we really get to know our regulars and build wonderful relationships with them! We meet some wonderful people and love doing work for them and look forward to seeing them every appointment!
