FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every scenario is different and requires a different quote. I do offer competitive pricing if another qualified contractor under-quotes me for something I may have missed, I will most often match or beat their quote to fit within your budget. I do have some specials going on right now as seen below. Current pressure washing specials: $40 single wide trailer pressure washing $50 double wide trailer pressure washing $.08/sqft on concrete, brick, siding Current lawn mowing specials: First mow free with season package First mow $15 for referrals with weekly service agreement
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with new customers is an initial contact to see what needs to be done. I will generally try to give as accurate of a quote as possible at that time. If I am unable to give a quote I will go to the property to gather additional details, hopefully with the customer present to make sure I am doing specifically what they are wanting. If I know that they will be there, I will send a reminder message of our meeting time. Often times, I will complete the work at that time, on the spot. If the customer is unavailable or out of the state, I will call/email/message based on their preferred method of contact to see if they would like me to proceed with the job based on the quote. For nearly all jobs, I do not ask for any payment until the customer is 100% satisfied. I will continue to fix anything that was not done correctly. After the job is complete, I will follow up as needed for continuing services.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began doing this work as a hobby to keep me busy. I quickly learned that my customers were getting poor (or lack of) service, at a high rate, and with an impersonal connection to the ones who were paying them. Nothing is better than doing a job that satisfies my customers knowing that their property is one step above anyone they know, for a fair price, and with a contractor that they wish to work with again.
