- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After college, I got serious about my health. I got great results, but unfortunately could not maintain it because of the extreme habits I developed. I honestly didn't know what I was doing. When I found my nutrition coach, I was amazed at learning how simple getting healthy can be!! After starting my nutrition program, I immediately lost 5 pounds and my energy went through the roof!! I went on to lose 18 pounds and 4 pant sizes in 2 months. My self -confidence, self-esteem, and pride rose and other areas of my life improved as well. (relationships, financials, social connections, passion, and purpose) Now I work as a nutrition coach, teaching others that they can too can not only change their health, but their lifestyle as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Throughout the community, our team provides nutritional guidance, fun fitness classes, and develop meal plans for people to live healthier more fulfilling and active lifestyles. One of our services includes a Body Transformation Challenge. It is an 8 week program in which contestants pay $30 to enter and based on body weight percentage, the top 3 "losing" contestants win the money back. While we have been successfully at promoting this event (within the last 8 months, we have lost a combined total of 600 pounds)!! We are currently accepting new members for this group challenge or personal one-on-one coaching. We also work intensely with athletes to help their nutrition propel their athletic ambitions. Our company has been monumental in the development of key sports players across the world including Cristiano Ronaldo and other well known sports athletes, endurance athletes, and Olympians.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Work with someone who makes you fell good about the direction you are heading and is truly interested in improving your lifestyle. Working with a personal trainer/coach is a serious intimidate process. Make sure you have a good dynamic together.
