Introduction: We actually do what the customer wants done. We show up up when we say we will, and we also like to give a courtesy call to make sure all is still fine for us to meet at a certain time.
We go beyond finding what the customer wants for a reasonable price. Sometimes, it may be the lower price, but also sometimes the lower price item will not last a long enough time for what the customer needs. Then we itemize each estimate in material and labor charges to let the customer see what and where the monies are going for the project. Plus, the customer can pick and choose exactly what they want to do and how far they want to go with their project, i.e, all at one time, in phases or just not doing a certain project for the whole scope.
We treat every project, small or big, as if it was for our house or yard. Whether it is hanging a ceiling fan to pulling weeds in a flower bed. We treat all as if they were our own.
Meeting our new customers, along with our past and current one's, and getting to know them and their ideas. Whether or not we do the project, every one is treated the same. No matter where one lives, Riverton, Rochester, Panther Creek, Northend, Southside of Springfield, Virden or wherever, all are treated the same and priced out the same with labor charges.
This profession we are in has, is and will continue to be absolutely the profession that we were "designed" for. We truely enjoy what we do, helping customers create something new, fixing issue's and making areas inside and out look "pretty", as my wife says.
We have created new friendships though out the time that we have been in business, and wish for that to continue on.
