- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a non-refundable $40 diagnostic charge, from there it is service based or given as quotes. If asked, we can break it down for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, we verify all problematic occurrences that you may be having with your electronic device. From there we schedule a day for us to come to you, where we will perform diagnostics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are completely self-taught. We have spent the last 20 years taking apart electronics, fixing them, reading about them and troubleshooting them ourselves; and have built an extremely wide knowledge base based on personal, hands on experience.
