I moved out of state and needed Cleavon’s assistance in finding a tenant and possibly managing my condo. After finding the tenant, Cleavon was my property manager for my condo and there were never any worries with my property as I knew it was in good hands with him. If I ever decided to buy more property and had to rent it out, he Would be my property manager again without a doubt!
