- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we charge 100 trip charge that is discounted off total price if our quote is accepted.We don't offer quotes over the phone because the nature of plumbing requires onsite inspection to ensure the most accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and set up an appointment, we'll come out and assess the work that needs to be done. After the assessment we'll provide a quote for parts and labor to perform the required work. If the quote is accepted we will schedule a day to perform the work. If it is an emergency or a smaller job we can usually complete it on the same day. If there is a bigger job for example re-pipe or remodeling we would most likely need to schedule it for another day.
