Would never use this company. Very unprofessional. Called CritterCraze Control and spoke the Technician Eldridge regarding bird removal from a chimney, I had to wait 3 days for an appointment. The day of the scheduled appointment they did not show up and did not call to reschedule. Did not hear from them. Very unreliable.
