Tracey and her team were great to work with. She was very thorough in checking entry points for all types of critters. Once diagnosed to be birds, they removed all nests, closed up entry points and made suggestions to keep the birds from continually forming new nests. Her and her team is not just about critter control. They fixed other things like roof repair so I didn’t have to call two people. Her pricing was fair and were also good about clean up.

We saw a squirrel entering our shed through a hole he made in the grate and hired Tracey to handle the situation. Her assistant looked everywhere inside the shed while making noise, but apparently the squirrel was out and about today. He never made an appearance. The damaged grate was replaced with steel mesh. The cost was reasonable and I have peace of mind. Planning to hire her for another project I have in mind.
