J&L Installs were great.Communication was responsive and had no issue. They were able to schedule an appointment the same week.
I have a stacked washer and dryer on the second floor of my house. It is located In a small closet. I notice me some lint build up and figured something was wrong.
J&L safely pulled out the unit without damaging my hardwood floor or door moulding. They discovered the dryer vent had completely ripped. They replaced it no issue and it’s been working great since

Juan and his assistant were amazing to work with! After Lowe’s refused to install my washer/dryer unit because of the tightness of my space, I reached out to Juan. I had a broken dryer stuck in my laundry closet and a new unit stuck in my basement with no idea how to get it back upstairs or installed. Juan replied quickly to my ménage and was able to fit me in THAT DAY! They arrived on time and worked quickly but efficiently. Juan had to do Ninja Warrior type moves to get behind the unit but did an amazing job and never complained once. I will definitely hire Juan and his team again for any appliance needs.
