We had an emergency situation where the online retailer (Lowe’s) sold us our appliances but did not notify us of the separate process/order installation services until after the fact our products were delivered! Juan came SAME day to our rescue. Juan came in with a female helper who was also super polite and helpful! Juan and his associate worked swiftly and even provided a supply line for our dishwasher that we didn’t know we needed (but was 100% necessary to even do the install!). There was an outdated part that sealed the supply line, and he took the initiative to come back the next day with a more modern part (that he was more confident would not leak). He promptly showed up the next day and installed the part! God bless Juan and his associate. Give this man your business!!

I contacted Juan after the company contracted by Best Buy failed to install our new washer and dryer for the third time.
