I contacted Juan after the company contracted by Best Buy failed to install our new washer and dryer for the third time. Juan was very quick to respond and he asked the right questions to ensure that he could complete the job. Juan and his partner were very professional and answered all of our questions. Juan has all 5 star reviews for a reason and I would recommend him to anyone needing an appliance installation.

Juan recently installed my new gas dryer after two failed attempts by the third party appliance installer used by the retail store where I bought the dryer. Such third party installers are really just delivery people who plug in your new dryer and haul away the old one - they know very little about installing gas appliances. But not Juan - he was able to stop by just a couple hours after I submitted the request, and he quickly and professionally hooked up my dryer using his tools, providing all needed parts, and finished with a thorough leak test. I am very happy with the quality of his work. Yes, it's a bit more expensive than what the retail store charges, but it's worth it to get a competent person who thoroughly knows what they're doing. If you want a competent, professional and friendly appliance installer, I highly recommend Juan.

We ordered a Smeg (euro) duel fuel range online, had it delivered, and the delivery people were completely incapable of installing it because all they do is plug things in. I contacted Juan after seeing that he had installed similar ranges, just not this brand. This particular range had to be hardwired and have the gas line attached. We gave him a challenge and he tackled it. His installation experience shows. He brought his own tools, boards to help move the range back and forth, and flex line that fit. He didn’t blink at the dual fuel set up or the hardwiring. He tested everything multiple times to make sure it functioned properly. He was able to install it the same day I contacted him which was so appreciated since we were living without a range. I can’t recommend him enough and will be sure to do that with friends and family who need appliance installs.
