Rico was great! I appreciated that I could schedule an appointment through Thumbtack. At our appointment time, he was running behind from another job, but he was communicative about his progress, made time for us the next day when the evening got too late, and gave us a discount for the schedule change. Our fridge is also now fixed and his prices were fair. His clear communication and keeping us updated throughout the process were appreciated, and we would hire him again!
