- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the customer what the issue is at the time of booking an appointment. We ask for the model number so that we can show up with all parts necessary for the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2011, and have been fixing appliances (for other companies) since 2004.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Omar learned the trade working for Sears, ABT and later opening his own business.
