He was excellent with an extremely difficult project. We have an older Kenmore, and he came out three seperate times to help us service it, first cleaning the lint trap completely, next replacing the thermal fuse, and finally by completely replacing the vent. Especially during the very hectic holiday season, and knowing it was a really tough project, we appreciated Niko and all his dedicated work immensely!
