Jack answered our plea for help with our 9 year old GE Cafe' Series Dishwasher. An appointment to take an initial look was set up for the very next day. Jack stayed in constant communication with us prior to his arrival. He arrived exactly when he said he would and began to diagnose the issue. After about 1.5 hours, he had determined that the circulator pump was the issue. We agreed to have Jack do the work and a deposit was made to order the parts. The parts arrived 3-5 business days later and Jack immediately contacted us to schedule an appointment for the next day. Once again, Jack was right on time and performed the work. We now have a fully functioning dishwasher and could not be happier with the level of professionalism and punctuality that Light Appliance Repair provided us for this repair. If there were 6 stars we would click it! Trust this company they are amazing.
