- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $60 for the travel and diagnostics fee. Once I diagnose the problem I'll offer an estimate and if we proceed with the repair the $60 is waived. If the estimate is not approved the fee is only $60.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm honest and fair with the my customers while offering them quality appliance repair service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2003 i finished appliance technical school in Truman college in the city of Chicago where I got trained and certified by very good instructors. There is learned to repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, ranges, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, disposals.
