Marat responded to my request within the hour. He communicated with me via text so we could find a mutually good time for him to come and look at our washing machine, and he made every effort to keep my costs down on the fix. Payment was quick and easy. He also pointed out what he thought was the original cause of my issue and made suggestions for our next steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. I won't hesitate to reach out to him again for help with other issues that come up.

I was looking for someone to work on Samsung Dryer and couldn’t find anyone in my area. Went on Thumbtak and found Marak. It was a Sunday, he offered to come out for the same price that is listed on his site. He was very polite, found the issue and told me the price. He had the parts with him and fixed it right then. He will be my go to from now on, he was very easy to work with and his pricing is so great, compared to what others charge. I recommend him highly.
