My washing machine wasn’t draining, and a plumber suggested that instead of buying a new one that I start with an appliance repair person. I am SO glad I found MED Appliance Repair. Got back to me right away, and set a date / time that worked with my schedule. Very professional, and my technician immediately identified the problem (a stock stuck in the drain pump). I ended up saving a ton of money (vs buying a new machine) by simply having MED remove the sock and clean the drain pump. I would absolutely, 100% recommend MED to anyone having an appliance issue. Outstanding customer service!!

    For our recent client, the dryer was not working correctly. the dryer automatically turns on when the door is closed without pressing the start button. we came to fix his control board and the client was very satisfied. he was thinking of buying a new one because before us another technician said a high repair price. we fixed it in 2 hours and saved the client a good amount of money.
