Juliano was very responsive and quick to contact me after I reached out. A tech was able to come out two days later. Marlon came by today to do a quick diagnostic on our dishwasher. He was thorough in his explanation and gave us options in terms of repairing or replacing the unit, and helped us weigh the pros and cons together. At one point, he encouraged us to take a full day to think it through and let him know how we want to proceed. I didn’t feel any pressure to go one way or another but he was honest about how it was worth spending the money for the repair option. He laid out the total cost and it was reasonable. We opted to replace the dishwasher altogether given we’ve wanted to replace the unit anyway. I was only on the hook for the diagnostic fee, which I didn’t mind. Had I done the full repair, it would’ve gone towards the total cost so that was a great option. Nonetheless, it was very helpful to have Marlon’s point of view to make a wise decision at the end of the day. I will definitely be using R&J for future appliance repair issues again!

We contacted R&J Preventative Maintenance to help fix our Zephyr vent hood above our stove. I am very pleased with the entire service from beginning to end. I was contacted immediately after placing the request for an appointment—the quote was clear and fair. Richard came to our house the same day of the request and explained the problem thoroughly & clearly. He had us back up & running in under an hour. Amazing service! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repair.

I had the pulley and switch replaced with a labor and parts cost of $479, which ended up being $429 after senior discount. Technician and work coordinator were very responsive and completed the work with good quality. One piece of advice, make sure you run the machine with clothes in it right after the repair is done to be sure there is no rattling or any other issue that would require additional visits.
