Solo Appliance replied to me within 5 minutes, and had someone out within the next two hours, which was evening on a Monday. The tech stayed until he had completely diagnosed the problem. He was very helpful in explaining the problem and how it will be fixed (my husband and I are engineers so we are always curious!). We are now just waiting for the new part to come in and all will be fixed! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick, experienced worker!

The repairman called to let me know he was on his way, arrived exactly as planned, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a repair quote, and replaced the faulty part. He cleaned up all trapped lint and cleaned up the space. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely use Solo ApplianceRepair again.
