These guys definitely know what there doing when it comes to fixing issues with appliances. I called for an emergency fix for my washer due to a sudden washer burst. Paul showed up within a few hours and fixed the issue immediately. Their cost is extremely reasonable and Solo Appliance repair is a small business and there not there to rip you off. Don't hesitate to work with Solo if you're looking for a full package of quality work, fast service at lower costs.

Technician diagnosed it to be a wrong problem and stopped responding on texts after initial text of whats the issue and what it will cost. After few days..I called LG support and the technician found a totally different problem. $59 to waste…they are scamming people

I was told that my window for the service was between one and three. The technician texted me and said he could be here at one. Then 45 minutes later (at 1:15) I received a text that he was an hour away so I had to sit around for an hour waiting for him in a place I didn’t need to be. When he got here he spent about 15 minutes looking at the four items I needed installed. Then he called me into the space and told me he couldn’t install anything. I was invoiced for a service fee even though nothing could be done. What a waste of my Saturday.

I had a terrible experience with this company. service call was between 3-5, so left work early, they didn't showed up until 7:30. Tech said he was finishing a job but his office told me he was stuck in traffice so they lied to me first off! tech said he would contact me with a price never heard back so I contacted the office they said they work on the quote. one hour later heard from tech with quote. circut board $289.00 and 2 weeks to get the part and labor 300.00 I said no and called ABT. circutboard 115.00 and labor 175.00 and there coming tomorrow to install the part. I know everyone needs to make a profit but don't be whores about it! Be careful of this company!
