These guys definitely know what there doing when it comes to fixing issues with appliances. I called for an emergency fix for my washer due to a sudden washer burst. Paul showed up within a few hours and fixed the issue immediately. Their cost is extremely reasonable and Solo Appliance repair is a small business and there not there to rip you off. Don't hesitate to work with Solo if you're looking for a full package of quality work, fast service at lower costs.

Technician diagnosed it to be a wrong problem and stopped responding on texts after initial text of whats the issue and what it will cost. After few days..I called LG support and the technician found a totally different problem. $59 to waste…they are scamming people

I was told that my window for the service was between one and three. The technician texted me and said he could be here at one. Then 45 minutes later (at 1:15) I received a text that he was an hour away so I had to sit around for an hour waiting for him in a place I didn’t need to be. When he got here he spent about 15 minutes looking at the four items I needed installed. Then he called me into the space and told me he couldn’t install anything. I was invoiced for a service fee even though nothing could be done. What a waste of my Saturday.

I had a terrible experience with this company. service call was between 3-5, so left work early, they didn't showed up until 7:30. Tech said he was finishing a job but his office told me he was stuck in traffice so they lied to me first off! tech said he would contact me with a price never heard back so I contacted the office they said they work on the quote. one hour later heard from tech with quote. circut board $289.00 and 2 weeks to get the part and labor 300.00 I said no and called ABT. circutboard 115.00 and labor 175.00 and there coming tomorrow to install the part. I know everyone needs to make a profit but don't be whores about it! Be careful of this company!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 – Call Solo Appliance Repair. Have the make and model ready to help us diagnose the problem. 2 – Choose a time that is appropriate for you. Repair visits are generally set within a three-hour window. You will get a reminder call the day before your appointment. 3 – Prepare your home. Clear any clutter near the appliance. Make sure your kids and pets aren’t underfoot or near to avoid any potential danger. 4 – A highly qualified technician will show up to conduct diagnostic tests for your unit. Techs are fully aware of your repair history. We are stocked with most of the commonly needed parts – some of which the tech may have pre-ordered just for you. If the problem calls for another part, it’ll be ordered. 5 – Share your experience with us and other customers.
