- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on time involvement for each project. For projects with minimum time involvement price is based on square foot of each floor layout. With more detailed and complicated projects price for architectural design is based on construction value, and is vary (usually 4-5% of construction project budget). For Full Architectural Engineering Design including (MEP) Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design (additional 4% of construction project budget) apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Preliminary meeting and scope of work is roughly discussed including time and budgeting. 2- Preliminary site visit and zoning surveying start. 3- Preliminary design production for Client's review. 4-Final Architectural engineering documents production 5-Permit and authorities approvals. 6-Construction observation and management ( optional) 7-General Contractor's services (optional)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Master degree in Architectural and Engineering with over 23 years of experience in design and construction fields. In addition I posses MBA in Green Building Design.
