FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will of course vary towards each job. Common pricing factors include the type of work, the type of building, and location of the building. Those will determine any permits that maybe required before for work can commence and dictate any additional fees, i.e dumpster, generator, city permits etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off we'd like to get just some general information from the new customer. This will cover where and what the customer is looking to have done, urgency of said work, and from that evaluate if a physical walk through will be needed. From there our company will review the project and determine a price and email to the property/home owner the proposal. If customer accepts the contract we then setup dates that correlates well with both parties schedules.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff is trained to work within IEPA and OSHA regulations in the abatement and disposal asbestos and mold. All projects are reviewed before hand and have all county, state and federal permits filed before work can commence.
