- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum fee is $500. Typically I can perform solo for up to 3 hours for that price. Because every project is different, I'm happy to provide custom price quotes tiered for up to a 7 piece band. That way you can find the perfect balance for your budget and music entertainment needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the customer will email me to start the conversation. I'll send them a questionnaire surrounding the details of the event to generate a custom quote. An optional phone call can be scheduled by the client once the questionnaire is completed. From there, I will issue an invoice and take a 50% deposit to hold the date. Any questions and follow up calls are welcomed once the date is confirmed. The balance is due on the day of the performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have "Street MBA" as I call it. In other words, I learned by doing. My education is real-world experience performing well over 2,000 shows in 20 years.
