Introduction

What stands out about my training among other basketball trainers is the high intensity approach. It is one of my goals that the players I train feel as though they have never worked as hard in their lives as they have worked with me. Secondly I want them to rest assure and find out as they continue their basketball careers that no other coach will ever work them as hard as I have. The best thing about this approach is that results can be seen by onlookers and felt by my clients. Hard work does and will always pay off. I enjoy the look on a clients face when they have convinced themselves of how hard a drill is or how unattainable a goal is, only to find out that once we work hard at it repetitively that their limiting beliefs were incorrect. This increases energy, cooperation, morale, and spurs future success.

If you're lucky in life, you come across a Caleb. Someone who works with your kid to realize his/her potential and then helps them reach and surpass it. Someone who pushes players past what they think they can do, to get them to what they're really able to do. Someone who fills them with confidence and positivity. And someone who's straight up honest and tells them when they're doing something wrong. And then puts in the work to help them fix it. And when you pick up your kid, they're sweaty and smiling from that work they put in. This has been our experience and we couldn't be happier about the results. Working with Caleb as my Grandson Coach/ trainer was great. He demonstrated compassion and patience and pushed him out his comfort zone and beyond his expectations. His pep talks motivating him to do and to be his best was indeed encouraging.
