Jay was the first company to respond to my query. He came to the house for free and inspected the situation. I learned more about bedbugs than I ever knew or wanted to know. Though we went with another company (due to a lengthier warranty) Jay provided a wealth of information, was kind and professional. I would recommend him joyfully!
