My elderly mom somehow ended up with bed bugs and couldn’t get her in home care services until it was resolved. I called big national brands and had trouble talking to anyone other than call centers. They were the least expensive and had the longest guarantee, one year. John was also EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE, which was important as we were dealing with elderly people, which make it more difficult. Nate did the actual treatment, and was kind, professional and extremely helpful! Thanks guys!
