Introduction: What is Wedding Bells & Dumbbells Bootcamp? WBDB Bootcamp is a 6-week program that meets up to 5 days, Monday through Friday, morning and evening, at our two Chicagoland locations. Our boot camp program is designed to make your body smaller and tighter in the shortest amount of time possible, while making every session difficult yet unique.
