This gentleman was so very nice and respectful. He even came all the way to Valparaiso from Chicago on a Sunday. He got right to work and he cleaned the whole rug in about an hour. He thanked me for using his service and he cleaned up everything and left. I would definitely use this company again for my area rugs. Thank you so much!
